Are your coworkers doing so many awesome things you ran out of your giveable balance? That's great! You can spend your earnings to purchase additional points anytime with the Points Boost reward! πŸŽ‰

Your purchased Points Boost will be spent once your standard monthly allowance is exhausted. Unlike your standard monthly allowance, the Points Boost reward does roll over into the next month if you don't spend it!Β

Purchasing a Points Boost

Head to your company's Reward Catalog and look for the 'Points Boost' reward. You'll find it in the 'Previously claimed' section if you've purchased it before. Click on the 'Points boost' reward:

Once you've selected the number of points you want to give away, click the blue 'Get boost' button:

You will see a pop-up window with the confirmation of your Points Boost purchase and the ability to 'Give recognition' directly from that window:

The Points Boost reward you purchased will now appear in your 'Visit rewards history' section, and you'll have an additional giveable balance to give to your colleagues! πŸŽ‰Β

Using the Points Boost

To use your Points Boost, just give bonuses like normal. You will only use your Points Boost reward once you spend your entire monthly allowance, at which point the Points Boost will be applied automatically.Β

Unlike your normal monthly allowance, any unused balance from a Points Boost will roll over from month-to-month, so there's no need to stress about using the entire balance before the end of the month! πŸ‘Β

Accidentally redeemed the Points Boost reward?

Please get in touch with your company's Bonusly administrators to inquire about a refund for this reward. If you are unsure who your admins are, we recommend contacting your HR team to point you in the right direction!
