There's two things you'll pay for in Bonusly: subscription and rewards.


You only pay when employees redeem their Bonusly earnings for a reward (such as an gift card). You never pay for any unused bonus budget.

Here's how it works, step by step:

  1. Employees give each other micro-bonuses
  2. Micro-bonus earnings can be redeemed for rewards, such as gift cards and charitable donations.
  3. When the earnings are redeemed for a reward, a line-item is added to your monthly invoice. For example, a line-item for $5 would be added to your invoice if an employee redeems her points for a $5 Amazon gift card.
  4. You can pre-pay or post-pay for rewards. Read more about those modes here.
