You only pay when employees redeem their Bonusly earnings for a reward (such as an Amazon.com gift card). You never pay for any unused bonus budget.
Here's how it works, step by step:
- Employees give each other micro-bonuses
- Micro-bonus earnings can be redeemed for rewards, such as gift cards and charitable donations.
- When the earnings are redeemed for a reward, a line-item is added to your monthly invoice. For example, a line-item for $5 would be added to your invoice if an employee redeems her points for a $5 Amazon gift card.
- At the end of the month, the line items in your invoice are added up, and billed to the credit card you have on file.
