You can see a full reward redemption history from the 'Redemptions' report. The 'Redemptions' report is split into four sections: Pending, Approved, Refunded, and Declined.

Pending:

The pending rewards report identifies any rewards that have been requested, but neither approved or declined. By default every standard (not custom) reward in the Bonusly catalog is automatically approved, and fulfilled immediately.

Because Bonusly doesn't automatically fulfill custom rewards, they always require admin approval.

This report details:

  • The date the reward was requested
  • The first and last name of the user requesting the reward
  • If applicable, the department and location of the user who requested it
  • The email address of the user who requested it
  • A detailed description of the reward that was requested
  • The type of reward (custom, or gift card)
  • The reward's set catalog price
  • The reward's monetary value

You can view 'pending' rewards by clicking the 'pending' tab on the Redemptions Report:

Approved:

The approved rewards report details all rewards on your account that have been approved, either automatically, or manually, by an admin.

This report details:

  • The date the reward was redeemed
  • The first and last name of the user who redeemed it
  • If applicable, the department and location of the user who redeemed it
  • The email address of the user who redeemed it
  • A detailed description of the reward that was redeemed
  • The type of reward (custom, or gift card)
  • The reward's set catalog price
  • The reward's monetary value
  • Who approved the reward
  • The reward's fulfillment status

You can specify a date range for this report, and export it as a CSV for record keeping, or financial reporting purposes.

You can view approved rewards by clicking the 'Approved' tab on the 'redemptions' report:

Refunded:

The refunded rewards report displays a record of any rewards that have been refunded.

This report details:

  • The date the reward was requested
  • The date the reward was refunded
  • The first and last name of the user who redeemed it
  • If applicable, the department and location of the user who redeemed it
  • The email address of the user who redeemed it
  • A detailed description of the reward that was redeemed
  • The type of reward (custom, or gift card)
  • The reward's set catalog price
  • The reward's monetary value
  • The admin who refunded the reward

You can view the refunded reward report by clicking the 'refunded' tab on the Redemptions page:

Declined:

The declined rewards report displays a record of every reward request that has been declined.

The report details:

  • The date the reward was requested
  • The date and time the reward was requested
  • The first and last name of the user who requested it
  • If applicable, the department and location of the user who requested it
  • The email address of the user who requested it
  • A detailed description of the reward that was requested
  • The type of reward (custom, or gift card)
  • The reward's set catalog price
  • The reward's monetary value
  • The admin who declined the reward
