You may want to remove a particular card from our catalog, or you may want to make more rewards available to your users. Adding and removing rewards from your company's reward catalog is easy. Just head over to this page:
You'll see a list of all the rewards that are currently available for your catalog. On the righthand side, there's a list of denominations you can choose to make available.
Each denomination has a background color, showing its status:
Denominations in green are active and enabled. Denominations in grey are inactive and disabled.
Adding a reward or denomination to your catalog
If a reward has active (green) denominations in the reward catalog settings, those denominations will be visible to all employees when they visit your catalog. Any user with sufficient balance can purchase it.
You can add individual denominations by clicking them, or quickly add all denominations for a reward by clicking the green "+ Add All" button on the far right:
(Tip: Some rewards do not have multiple denomination options.)
Removing a reward or denomination from your catalog
If a reward has no active (green) denominations, it will not be visible to employees when they visit your company catalog.
You can easily remove single denominations by clicking them, or remove all denominations for a reward from your company's catalog by clicking the gray 'Remove All' button on the far right of that reward:
